In this deep dive you’ll get to benefit from the huge learning curve it was to develop our own games and be led through the process of developing your own original game.
 
The history of dice and dice exploration will get you warmed up for creating a simple dice game. Then you’ll study the REAL story of Monopoly and create your own themed version. Finally you’ll develop an original card game and go through the process of brainstorming, learning about game mechanics, prototypes, testing and writing instructions. (This deep dive does not cover the manufacturing process as that’s a unit all on its own 😅).
 
You’ll also learn the history of playing cards and other ancient games. Printables of several games are included but you’re also encouraged to do some creative projects with the Roman game Rota and the Ancient Game of UR.
